Good news. We have an update to our article about how Senate compromise clears path to functional NLRB. On July 30th, the senate confirmed all five members of the Board. For the first time since 2003, we have a fully confirmed NLRB. All NLRB cases from today forward will be exempt from the uncertainty created by Republican challenges to the “recess” appointments to the board. This is a huge win for labor law related issues and for all private sector employees, whether or not they are affiliated with a union.
